Brayton Elementary School first grader Zach Hillard, 7, who has cerebral palsy, had his wish come true on Tuesday, April, 29, 2014. Hillard, who is undergoing major surgery in June, got the chance to spend the morning with North Adams Police Officer Mark Bailey, ride in a police cruiser, arrest his mother, meet the Mayor, tour the police and fire departments and ride in a North Adams Fire Department truck.
